SWEEPSTAKES ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN THE STATE OF AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI or WV THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (19 in AL or NE) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of either admission for two (2) to the Jeff Gordon Racing School, “Winner’s Circle Driving Experience”, to be held at the winner’s choice of one of the following Pepsi tracks: Darlington, Homestead, Kansas, Richmond or Talladega, OR the cash equivalent of the prize. The “Winner’s Circle Driving Experience” includes three driving sessions and a total of up to 28 laps. (Winner’s Circle Driving Experience availability is dependent upon particular weekend and track.) Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from an airport nearest the winner’s home within the continental U.S. (airport and carrier to be selected by Sponsor) to an airport closest to the track of choice, one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights, rental car allowance for three (3) days, two (2) VIP gift bags and $500 total spending money. Estimated retail value $7,050 depending on winner’s point of travel origin. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winner. All travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. Event seating assignment and selection of hotel will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If winner resides within 150 miles of track, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All travel must be completed by 12/31/08 and travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights, driving school experience) beyond its control. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older and must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by individual tracks and/or any applicable sanctioning body may also be required as appropriate.
Five Hundred (500) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a ten dollar ($10) Dollar General Gift Card. Actual Retail Value (”ARV”): $10.
Two thousand (2,000) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a five dollar ($5) Dollar General Gift Card. ARV: $5.
